ORIGINAL WATERCOLORS
I tend to lean into "more is more" when painting in oils. But the older I get the more I feel pulled in the opposite direction of "less is more".
I'm also drawn to watercolors because of the simplicity of the supplies. All I want to do every day is wander around in nature. To walk, look, draw, and play with paint on paper.
Watercolors require forethought, and restraint but also letting go. Working with watercolors in nature feels...natural. And good. Even when they turn out not quite how I want. It's so much more about the process than the results.
Here you will find two kinds of watercolors:
Original Watercolors paintings are 11x14 inches, painted with my favorite Italian watercolors, A. Gallo and MaimeriBlu on Fabriano Classico 100% cotton archival paper.
